Our Workshop
Our workshop is neat, clean and modern.
We have four CNC turning centers, four CNC machine centers, three conventional lathes, two automatic cut off saws and an eccentric press. Various other small machines compliment these, to make us a fully functional engineering facility.
We are focused on small and medium production ie. 10 up to 2000 components.
Type of Work Includes
Accurate Turning of components such as bushes, pins, and shafts.
Machine centers cater for moulds up to 1.2m.
Finishing of out-sourced aluminum castings, and similar products.
We undertake sheet metal components that would form part of a complete product.

Materials
We work mainly with aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper and bronze, but have the capacity to handle special tool steels, titanium, and the more exotic stainless steels.
We have many years’ experience in the machining of engineering plastics, including acytal and nylon.
